ChatGPT-4o and generative search for B2B
Our new blog takes a detailed look at ChatGPT-4o. The first iterations of ChatGPT were of limited use for B2B research because they had insufficient knowledge of niche subject matter and a lack of up-to-date information. With new abilities to run web searches and to integrate fresh information from live web pages, ChatGPT seems to have overcome these limitations of recency and scope.
Dr John Woods has used our B2B-specific evaluation framework to put ChatGPT-4o through its paces. His verdict? “ChatGPT-4o is good. Very good.” Perhaps good enough to threaten the established search engines? Read more about this new player in the B2B generative search landscape in our latest blog.
